The Haverford-Havertown Patch had a conversation with a local psychic on New Year’s Eve and asked her to share some of her premonitions of what’s to come in 2012.

“I see us having a couple of difficulties when it comes to jobs and careers. I see us having some difficulties with China—I want to say something to do with trading, in that nature. It wasn’t so dramatic as a war or anything like that, it just seemed a little bit more of a funk when it came to exporting things, or things of that nature. This will happen by mid-Summer.”

“J” also sees a return of many of the blue-collar jobs that have been outsourced in recent decades.

“I see a lot of jobs that we did send overseas coming back to us, but that’s not until fall. I’m not a government official—I don’t know the correct term behind it—but I see us passing a couple laws against our jobs being shipped across seas, and them coming back to us.”

She doesn’t believe this phenomenon will be related to our conflict with China.

“It’s coming from all different countries, all different directions. If I was to sit here and say what did I feel, I feel 10,000 or 20,000 of our jobs coming from each direction—India, China, different directions—each chunk, each building block has to come back to America for us to be financially secure. And this will be more into action by fall.”

The return will be temporary though, she explained, because it will ultimately raise prices on certain goods and exacerbate class tensions.

“J” also had a vision related to the November presidential election, and it’s not one the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue would be happy with.

“I’ve seen a much older gentleman (becoming president in November.) I’m not 100 percent, but I’m about 80 percent sure. I didn’t focus on the vision though, because I didn’t want to know.”

She added that while she doesn’t anticipate any large scale disasters, she expects global warming will worsen.

“I wanted to know if there were any natural disasters coming up, but I didn’t see anything like that. I did see a couple natural disasters, I saw a fire in California, but that’s normal. One thing I did see that was off-putting was an exceptionally warm winter—January, February, March. And it’s not good for our health, it’s not good for our earth, it’s not good.”

“It’s a water dragon year, which favours growth and expansion,” she said.

“It’s also a year to let go of fruitless pursuits.”

Politicians and community leaders could offer up some dragon-like speeches, filled fire, brimstone and a puff of “hot air.” They’d be well advised, however, to try and practice a bit of “diplomacy” so as not to “awaken any sleeping dragons.”

Keeping with the fire-breathing theme, Zais said that wind will play out as a dominant theme in the year ahead.

“As we know dragons breathe hot air, so it will be a fire year with hot air and hot winds,” she said. “People should prepare ahead for something like that, in more areas than just Kelowna.”

“There will be a fair amount of storms and the cleanup from tsunamis and things falling from the sky. Because the dragon and the fire and the hot air, there will be volcanic activity and fires fanned by winds.”

She’d also like to caution people to backup their e-files, as something may interfere with them.

Recently reported by wibw.com, a new Psychic lead by a Texas Psychic has sparked a renewed search for baby Lisa. The new lead came from a Texas Psychic Reader who drew a sketch of a vision she had and posted it online; local residents recognized the sketch.

The search area was based on the vision of a psychic from Texas. She said she saw a river by a tower and other elements that locals connected to this property.

Police have conducted multiple searches in the seven weeks since baby Lisa disappeared, but they said they will not be participating in this one.

Lisa’s father, Jeremy Irwin, called 911 about 4 a.m. Oct. 4 to say that someone had snatched his daughter from her crib in her Northland home while she was sleeping. Her mother, Debbie Bradley, initially said she last saw her daughter about 10:30 p.m. but later admitted she had drank heavily in the hours before her daughter went missing and last remembered seeing her daughter at about 6:30 p.m.

Lisa was 10 months old at the time of her disappearance. Her first birthday was Nov. 11.

Police said they have received multiple tips from multiple psychics but none that have provided anything useful.

The psychic behind Saturday’s effort drew a sketch of what she saw, posted it on her blog and people living in the Kansas City area made a connection to the old Sam’s Town property.

The psychic told KCTV5 News by phone that she envisioned not just the area but a person with a baby.

“And then they (the people in her vision) came out and then they went down and they went into the river and then there was this tower beside it, and then I drew a big pole. It was like I was there, it was like I could see all of these things,” said Stephanie Almaguer.

Another item that sparked Almaguer’s interest was the railroad tracks that go through the property and a photo someone else posted on her blog showing a collapsed piece of gravel where she believes someone could be buried. So that will be a big focus of the search.

Around 11:30 a.m., those searching found an old well that matched the psychic’s vision and called police for assistance.

“Because of what was in her dream. She dreamed there was a well and some metal back in through here and we found the metal here and then of course our well. We stuck a stick down here at least eight to 10 feet down and still can’t find the bottom,” said Judi Shea, of Kansas City, MO.

A detective arrived on scene and went with the volunteers to identify the area. As he was leaving, he said he didn’t know if police would return.

While some of the people who gathered Saturday morning to participate in the search are the same ones who’ve been in the thick of the baby Lisa mystery since day one, others were joining for the first time.

“My niece is the one who got me to Stephanie’s blog. I was really leery of it, but I do believe in the afterlife, so I kept watching and watching and I finally had Stephanie do a reading on me, and she hit a lot of points, so I feel Stephanie is true blue,” said Pat Elliott of Independence. “She knows what she’s talking about.”

Almaguer said she will not be at the search because she couldn’t afford the airfare.

The search ended around 12:30 p.m., but the citizen searchers said they hope to return Sunday to dig around some more.

Recently reported by local kpho.com, the search for 5-year-old Jhessye Shockley has been under way for 2 1/2 weeks now, and still, there are no new leads to report; however Psychic Dave Campbell feels that she is still alive and in Phoenix.

CBS 5 News has learned there are a number of psychics taking it upon themselves to work on the case. Glendale police have said it would take some extraordinary circumstances before they would seek out psychic help on any case, including Shockley’s.

One psychic who lives near the apartment complex where the girl was last seen shared his vision of what happened to Jhesseye, and that she is not too far away.

“I believe she was abducted. I do believe, at this point, she is still currently alive,” said psychic Dave Campbell. “I get information through flashes, through pictures, through sounds, thoughts that come into my head.”

Campbell said he believes Jhessye Shockley was taken by a stranger, and is being held in a small apartment in Phoenix.

“I am getting a black female, heavy set, round face, a little bit of cleft in her chin and dimples — very specific — and a red scarf that she covers her hair,” Campbell said.

Campbell said he believes it was a crime of opportunity. The motive? To sell the little girl for money, he said.

Campbell said he sees the kidnapper snatching Jhesseye in a little red car.

“She acted like, ‘It’s OK, I’m going to go get your mom.’ She told her something like that to console her, and she kept telling her that in the car.”

Campbell is also a scientifically-tested medium and he wrote a book on forensic astrology with chapters on several high-profile abductions.

He uses charts with dates and times to figure out what happened.

“The relationship of the planets to each other tells me a story,” he said.

Campbell said he believes Jhessye’s kidnapper has a boyfriend who’s involved, an ex-con with a thin build who drives a brown van with tricked-out rims. All of the attention from the media might have changed their plans, Campbell said.

“I really feel like he’s really nervous about this case, because it blew up, you know?” said Campbell. “He never expected it to be like this.”

Campbell says that 80 percent of the time, his information is accurate. And if he’s right this time, she’s not too far from home.

“Right now, I do believe she’s local,” Campbell said. “I think she’s still in Phoenix, actually, but I don’t think that’s going to be the case, soon. I think she’s going to be transported, and I think far.”

Psychic Campbell is part of a larger group called “Find Me” made up of about 110 psychics and led by a former DEA agent. Psychic Detective Campbell claims to have helped solve 27 cases, and if, and when Glendale police call on them for help, they are ready.

“We both had written exactly in detail all of the events of 9/11 and even the simultaneous attack on the Pentagon,” Terry said.

The Mexican government is releasing stateheld secrets about the end of the Mayan calendar to the makers of a documentary, Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond.

The information – protected for 80 years – is expected to reveal Mayan beliefs in future catastrophes and wisdom characterized as “shocking,” producer Raul Julia-Levy, son of actor Raul Julia, said.

The end of the Mayan calendar in December 2012 has long given rise to theories and speculation about the end of the world.

The agreement will allow Julia-Levy to film in never-before-seen locations.

“The Mayans used to construct one pyramid over another,” tourism minister for the Mexican state of Campeche Luis Augusto Garcia Rosado said. “In the site at Calakmul, workers for the National Institute of Anthropology and History have discovered rooms inside the pyramid that have never been seen or explored before.

“And we’re letting this documentary film there, to see what has been discovered inside the pyramid.”

Julia-Levy said he’d been made aware of the secret Mayan information by former Mexican president Vicente Fox – a friend of his family – and that it took four years of phone calls to finally get the OK from current president Felipe Calderon.

“This is very important for humanity, not just for Mexico,” said Julia-Levy. “This information has been protected for 80 years, and now it’s important for people to understand the series of events that are coming, and the consequences for all of us.”

The English-language documentary will be directed by Juan Carlos Ruflo (whose other films include the 2006 Sundance winner In the Pit), and will begin shooting later this year. Elbert said the filmmakers are talking to investors and waiting for the government to give them their first look at the material and the site.

“It has to be released before the end of the Mayan calendar, which is Dec. 21, 2012,” said Julia-Levy.

That’s the date that the Mayan calendar – which some believe predicts a worldwide cataclysm – comes to the end of a 5,126-year cycle.
